How to follow Sirtfood diet

A Sirtfood diet is followed in two phases. The first phase lasts 7 days and the second phase lasts 14 days.

Each phase has a different set of foods to consume and different restrictions on calorie intake.

The first phase lasts 7 days. In the first phase, you have to restrict your calories to 1000kcal.

On days 1 to 3 you can consume three Sirftood juices like green tea or lemon, and you can eat one big meal rich in Sirtfoods.

From day 4 to 7 increase the calories to 1500 and you can have two Sirtfood meals know.

This phase lasts 14 days and weight loss occurs in this phase. This phase is also known as the maintenance phase.
